FISH FILLET IN ALMOND CRUST

For 1 portion, chop some almonds ie 1 tablespoon of almond powder, blend them with 1 tablespoon of butter (at room temperature), 1 tbsp of breadcrumbs and 1 tsp of poppy seeds (optional). Then flatten it (2mm) over a greaseproof paper and put it in the fridge until stiff.
Season a fish fillet with salt, ground pepper (and garlic if you want). Then put the almond crust over the fillet and put it in the oven for 8 minutes.
