Nothing to tell. Just that I tried several times to make some soufflés and then I took 2 pictures to show you. One is a chocolate soufflé and the other is a strawberry soufflé. They are not really as I wanted but well, they are hum... lets say... acceptable... edible indeed.
Perfection is the only option for me, and there we are far far away from perfection !
