COFFEE CREAM

There's a long time I wanted to use coffee in desserts. Today, it's done ! I made a coffee cream very easy to prepare.

Recipe for 4 big creams (or 6 little creams)

- Half liter of milk
- 1 cup of strong coffee
- 2 yolks
- 60 gr sugar
- 25 gr corn starch
- 20 cl cream

Boil the milk and add the cup of strong coffee. Beat the yolks with sugar until the mixture become white, then add the cream and starch mixed together. Pour half of the milk over this mixture and stir well, finally add the milk that's left and put back over a medium heat for 1 or 2 minutes don't stop whipping until it becomes a bit thick and smooth. Then pour in ramekins, glasses or in the containers you want and let cool down and reserve in the fridge. (You can if you want put some chantilly over the cream)
