MARACUJA GELATIN

First time I make a gelatin dessert !!! Here, maracujá flavor (passion fruit).

We need :
- 1 can of passion fruit pulp

- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

- 30 cl cream

- 2 packets of instant passion fruit gelatin (1 liter)

- 3 leaves of gelatin


Prepare the passion fruit gelatin following the instruction of the packet. Pour it in a mold and add 5 tbsp of passion pulp. Put in the fridge until thick (mix some times in order to get the pulp well split) Reserve.

Hydrate the gelatin leaves in cold water for 5 minutes. Heat up the condensed milk and add the gelatin leaves, mix until completely melted (do not boil it). In a blender, mix well the condensed milk, the cream and one measure of passion fruit pulp (use the can of the condensed milk).

Pour it over the first preparation of gelatin and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
