A Portuguese recipe very easy :
- Half a liter of milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 250 gr sugar
- 100 gr all purpose flour
- 50 gr melted butter.
- sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle.
Mix eggs, sugar and flour, stir well until smooth. Then, add the butter and the milk, blend well.
Pour in greased little tins and put in preheated medium oven for about 20 minutes.
Let cool down and turn the charniqueiras out of the tins.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and enjoy.
