CHOCOLATE CHUNK BRIOCHE

I had a remaining brioche dough from a previous recipe so I did small chocolate brioches.

We need : 
- chocolate chunks (more or less according to your taste)

Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the chocolate chunks and shape a roll. Then cut into pieces and place them in generously greased molds (I used muffin pan). Leave to rise 1 more hour and then put in oven for 15 minutes.



When baked brush them with syrup (water and powdered sugar) to get a shiny finish.
