Bread sticks for snack or appetizer.

Ingredients :
- 150 gr all purpose flour
- 90 gr water
- 1 level tsp salt
- 1 level tsp dry yeast
- 45 gr Portuguese or Spanish chorizo.

Hydrate the yeast for 5 minutes in the water.
Mix the flour and salt, then add the water with the yeast. Knead for 10 minutes. Leave to rise 45 minutes or until the dough double its volume.

Cut the chorizo in small cubes.

Roll out the dough into a square and spread the cubes of chorizo on half of it. Fold in 2. Then cut the dough into sticks. Place them on an oven tray and let them rise again for 1 hour.



Put them in preheated oven, high heat, steam, for 15~20 minutes.
