 A biscuit made of caramelized puff pastry very crunchy.

Ingredients :
- puff pastry (check the inverted puff pastry recipe here : click!)
- Powdered sugar

Roll out the puff pastry 0,5 cm thick over some powdered sugar...

Then sprinkle with more sugar and roll it up very tight. Wrap it in plastic film and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Cut slices 0,5 to 1 cm thick...

And roll them out very thinly, always with powdered sugar...

Place them over an oven tray covered with baking paper. Place another baking paper over them and put something heavy on them (like a tart pan etc...) so them won't swell too much... Put in preheated oven (high heat) for 6 to 8 minutes. They have to be brown and caramelized.
