APPLE CRUMBLE

My dear numerous readers, I'm sincerely sorry because today I wanted to make my very personal apple crumble which is a "tatin apple crumble", an amazing cross between a classic apple crumble and a Tatin tart. But I thought that we don't need to eat extra fat and sugar, then I rather made the standard version. Notice that my personal version is better but much more high in calories. One day I'll give you my secret recipe and also the phone number of a good diabetes specialist !
For now, we just need for 4 people :
- 6 sweet apples
- cinnamon (optional)
- 200 gr all purpose flour
- 125 gr brown sugar
- 125 gr butter
(you can use margarine instead but butter is really better)

From now on, there's nothing more easy... Mix the flour with the sugar and the soft butter to get a crumble dough (like big sand). Peel and cut the apples in pieces and put them in a greased ovenproof dish (or in individual dishes), add the cinnamon on the apples (optional). And then sprinkle the crumble dough to completely cover the apples. Beware of pressing down the dough.
Place the dish in a preheated oven for 30~35 min.
Serve slightly warm with or without cream and bon appétit !
