CHICKEN NUGGETS

Kids love them, and grown ups too ! :)

We need :
- 400 gr chicken breast (or use other parts of the chicken)
- 200 gr cream (30% fat min.)
- 1 egg white
- salt & ground pepper
- flavor as you want (paprika, curry, garlic, onions, aromatic herbs etc...)

Mix all the ingredients in the blender. Put down 2 or 3 tbsp of this mixture over cling film and shape a tight roll. Tie the tips.
Cook in water for about 25 min (gentle heat). Let cool down for a while and cut the "sausages" in slices.
Pass each slice in flour then in lightly beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry them until brown.
Enjoy with the sauce you prefer.

The minced meat is now firm and we can cut it in slices...

Here's a recipe for a frying batter if you don't want to use breadcrumbs :
- 100 gr all purpose flour
- 30 gr corn starch
- 2 whole eggs 
- 100 gr milk or water
- 60 gr oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- salt
- spices or/and aromatic herbs

Mix all the ingredients and coat the nuggets with it, then fry them until a nice brown color.
