I don't eat factory-baked sandwich loaves anymore because they're full of preservatives and bad fats. But the truth is I like so much this kind of bread.
Today I baked my first bread, a sandwich loaf. I decided to blend different flours, a pastry flour (type 45) 300 gr and a wholemeal flour (type 150) 100 gr that's why my bread isn't white.
